Joey was absolutely AMAZING! He went above and beyond SEVERAL times throughout this home buying process. We moved from Vancouver Canada to Las Vegas earlier this month. We had an offer accepted on a home here in Las Vegas and a mortgage secured. We sold our home in Canada, loaded up the U-Haul and drove over 1300 miles to our new home in Las Vegas. Except, there were some delays on closing. The lender started asking for more info last minute. We were told it would be a couple more days till we could close. So, we got a hotel, parked the U-Haul, put the dog in a kennel and waited to hear from the mortgage broker. The lender wanted more and more and more. The closing kept getting delayed and then the lender fell through. We started to loose hope, but then Joey found us a private lender last minute and saved us! Joey provided us with the best experience one could have in purchasing a new construction project. His knowledge of Nevada real estate was crucial in the "lighting fast" acquisition of our beautiful home. Coming from California, I didn't know anything about the extremely tight inventory, lending protocols, and quality of neighborhoods. Joey, with great ease, made the process completely painless and explained all aspects in plain English. Joey would check throughout the build process to see how things were going on the property as I lived out of state. Joey meticulously walked us through the design and final walkthrough, where he found several minor building defects I would have certainly missed.
